I recently had my car cleaned at this place, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The job was clearly rushed, leaving my car in a worse state than when I brought it in. Water stains were left all over because they didn’t even bother to dry the car properly.
Inside the car, it was just as bad. They only vacuumed the front driver and passenger sides, and even that was done poorly. The seats, door trims, and steering wheel were untouched. It’s as if they completely skipped those parts.
The wheel rims were still dirty, and the windows weren’t cleaned properly either. For $110, I expected a thorough clean, but I could have done a much better job myself at a self-serve car wash.
When I asked for a half refund, the owner refused, clearly showing that they only care about money and not customer satisfaction. I even spent an hour cleaning the car myself afterward because they wouldn’t fix their mistakes. The guys at the shop kept giving excuses and didn’t take responsibility.
Save your time and money, and take your car elsewhere.

Coming back with my Landcruiser 300 series next month already booked for Modesta liquid glass coating. I searched for MANY ceramic coating businesses in Melbourne, and almost ALL seemed to be a cookie cutter copy of the same thing. After work one evening I walked to my car and it appeared someone had thrown past out of their window which happen to land a great amount of red sauce onto my drivers door. Being so busy with shift work I left it there for potentially 2-3 months. Amongst the weather, dust, dirt etc there what was once read Napoli sauce had become clumps of black dirt that was not coming off what so ever. Thankfully I took my car to Timmy’s Detailing and I was so excited see the the results I began to take photos prior to the car being finished. I purchased a inside and out full detail and polish. My car genuinely looked like it was brand new again. I’m so thankful that I finally took it to get a proper clean/detail as I would have had big problems with my paint in the future. They did an incredible job! Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the inside though it still is extremely clean now. They did just as an amazing job on the inside leather as they did on the out. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a company that is passionate about their work and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Shoutout to the man who did my car and the company for ensuring they have staff who are qualified in what they do as well as a passion for their job.
