I recently had my car cleaned at this place, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The job was clearly rushed, leaving my car in a worse state than when I brought it in. Water stains were left all over because they didn’t even bother to dry the car properly.Inside the car, it was just as bad. They only vacuumed the front driver and passenger sides, and even that was done poorly. The seats, door trims, and steering wheel were untouched. It’s as if they completely skipped those parts.The wheel rims were still dirty, and the windows weren’t cleaned properly either. For $110, I expected a thorough clean, but I could have done a much better job myself at a self-serve car wash.When I asked for a half refund, the owner refused, clearly showing that they only care about money and not customer satisfaction. I even spent an hour cleaning the car myself afterward because they wouldn’t fix their mistakes. The guys at the shop kept giving excuses and didn’t take responsibility.Save your time and money, and take your car elsewhere.
Coming back with my Landcruiser 300 series next month already booked for Modesta liquid glass coating. The previous detailer that did it last year has already shown bog signs of ware and tare even though my Landcruiser is mostly garaged. Cant wait to see timmys detailing next month on my next beast.

That moment, when the blinds went up to reveal my pride & joy...my Black Beauty Accord...shining 99.99% like a brand new car..will for ever be etched in my memory.As context my Honda is a 2009 model and has seen its fair share of interstate, country driving, work commuting and even a trip across to Tassie !! So, it's a well wheeled and equally well treated and always cared for vehicle. But to see its aging/oxidising and in some places peeling paint condition was plainly hurting.And after a fair bit of research, I came across Timmy's Detailing. From the moment, I submitted my initial online query to subsequent discussions, Adem was thorough, prompt, professional and at no point tried to 'sell or push' the services. He was clear, articulated the paint condition, his assessment of the same and what would be best for the car, in a very clear manner. That makes a huge difference in my opinion and is a sign of a thorough professional who is confident in their skills. Timmy's Detailing 10/10.I literally called this guy 5pm on a Sunday, by 5:30pm I was at his showroom. Next minute I was catching an uber home.I purchased the full detailing package, modesta liquid glass coating and paint correction.Adem was very informative and I would recommend his services and expertise.
After work one evening I walked to my car and it appeared someone had thrown past out of their window which happen to land a great amount of red sauce onto my drivers door. Being so busy with shift work I left it there for potentially 2-3 months. Amongst the weather, dust, dirt etc there what was once read Napoli sauce had become clumps of black dirt that was not coming off what so ever. Thankfully I took my car to Timmy’s Detailing and I was so excited see the the results I began to take photos prior to the car being finished. I purchased a inside and out full detail and polish. My car genuinely looked like it was brand new again. I’m so thankful that I finally took it to get a proper clean/detail as I would have had big problems with my paint in the future. They did an incredible job! Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the inside though it still is extremely clean now. They did just as an amazing job on the inside leather as they did on the out. Fantastic work. I pruchased a new next gen ranger. I took it to Adem and the boys and did everything.Paint correction, plastic trims, internal upholstry, glass, rims. Adem gave me a great price and the team have done a fantastic job. I got this done prior to recieving the car from Ford. There were scuffs and orange peeling in the paintwork and thats on a brand new car.It now looks fantstic and will look that way for many years to come. It wasnt cheap but I wouldnt go anywherer else. I have seen what quality comes out for Car dealerships when the do 'paint protection' and its not good.Thanks guys for a great job.
